Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sweetened flake coconut
1 baked 9-inch pie crust, cooled
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. toasted coconut flakes*
1 container whipped topping
Preparation

*To toast coconut, heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread coconut in thin layer on shallow baking pan.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until light golden brown.
