Teriyaki Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 green onions or 1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin or top round, slice in 1/8-inch slices
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except beef.
    Slice the sirloin or top round in 1/8-inch slices.
    Cut across the grain.
    Mix together with the first mixture.
    Cover and set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Cook in skillet for 3 minutes on medium heat. Serve with rice or noodles.
