Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening, softened
    8 Tbsp. molasses
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugars, eggs, shortening and molasses.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate dough for several hours. Shape into 1-inch round balls and roll in white sugar.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
