Cheddar Pot Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. water or more
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 c. packed shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Whisk flour, salt, baking powder and cayenne. Rub in cheese. Cut in butter. Knead in vinegar and water. Roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper.
