Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

This cake can be done in 2 or 3 layers depending on size of pans.
