"Miley'S No-Miss Collards" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch fresh collards
2 ham hocks
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 onion, cut up
1/2 piece green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Let ham hocks boil with cut up bell pepper and onion in enough water to cover meat.
Wash and cut up greens.
Put in pot of boiling meat.
Add salt, sugar and oil.
Let cook for 1 1/2 hours. Stir frequently until tender.
Serve hot.
