Syrian Flatbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
6 c. flour (blend in)
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Knead dough until smooth.
Divide into 12 balls.
Knead and roll flat with rolling pin (or press flat with hands).
Shake off excess flour.
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
