Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. ground cumin
    5 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 or more pods hot pepper
Preparation
    Put tomato paste and water in pot.
    Stir in molasses, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion, garlic and hot pepper.
    Add meat and mix well.
    Cook on low heat for 10 hours.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese (optional).
