Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, diced
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onions and add all together.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and brown top.
