Baked Pork Chops With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    4 c. thin sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Lightly
    brown pork chops.
    Mix soup, sour cream, water and parsley together, forming a sauce.
    Into a greased casserole, alternate
    a
    layer
    of
    sauce, 1 of potatoes, salt and pepper to taste,
    with
    a
    layer of sauce on top.
    Place pork chops over potato mixture.
    Cover casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are done.
