Russian Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    4 servings rice (not fully cooked)
    1 1/2 c. peas
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain grease.
    Cook rice only partially.
    Mix soups together in large mixing bowl.
    Mix in 1/2 cup water.
    Pour hamburger and rice into soup mixture.
    Add water to make firm, but not dry.
    Mix in peas. Put into casserole dish and break bread on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
