Chocolate Mint Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 round chocolate mints
    3 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet (1 c.) chocolate chips
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix mints, eggs, sugar and chocolate chips in blender.
    Scald milk; add to mix; mix until smooth.
    Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes. Whip cream.
    Remove from refrigerator.
    Fold cream into mousse. Serves 4 to 6.
