Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

2 large sweet potatoes
1 large can milk
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
Preparation

Makes 2 deep-dish shells.
Boil potatoes; peel and mash.
Add sugar, flour, milk, eggs and vanilla; mix well, then add softened butter and mix.
Pour into 2 unbaked deep-dish pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
