Texas Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag tortilla chips
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 can refried beans
jalapeno peppers
1 jar salsa (preferably Pace's picante, mild or hot)
Preparation

Spread a layer of chips on cookie tin or large oblong casserole.
Heat can of refried beans mixed with 1/3 can of water.
Spread on chips.
Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Place sliced jalapenos over cheese (if you like things hot).
Put in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and is bubbly.
Serve with salsa for dipping.
