Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. freshly grated onion or 1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and drain green beans.
    In a large saucepan, combine butter, flour, salt, pepper, sugar, onion, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir and cook over low heat until ingredients are well combined and cheese melted.
    Add beans, mixing well. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Combine cornflakes with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over bean mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
