Cheese And Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    sliced tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    3 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    drained sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Place a layer of tomatoes over Cheddar cheese in pie shell. Blend eggs, flour, sour cream, half and half, soy sauce and salt. Pour over tomatoes.
    Put onion and pepper on top.
    Add water chestnuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
