Chinese Style Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 can bean sprouts
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onions, celery, mushroom and cream of chicken soups and warm water.
    Stir in rice, sprouts, soy sauce and pepper. Place in lightly greased casserole.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Cover mixture with the noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 8.
