Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
    cheese (any kind)
    French bread
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; dice onion.
    Add to meat.
    Let simmer.
    Add chicken soup, catsup, mustard and Lea & Perrins.
    Let simmer, stirring occasionally.
    If bread is not cut, cut bread.
    Put bread in oven.
    Let brown on one side.
    Take out and turn over.
    Put ground beef mixture on top, then put cheese on.
    Put back in oven until cheese starts to bubble.
    Serve immediately.
