Oven "Fried" Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg or 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 c. minced scallions
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
vegetable oil spray
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a medium sized bowl thoroughly combine all the ingredients except the vegetable oil spray and shape into 8 patties.
Place the patties on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable oil.
Put the sheet in the hot oven and bake the patties for 5 minutes or until they are golden on both sides.
