Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (4 oz. can) diced green chiles
3 c. (12 oz.) grated Jack cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
3/4 c. dry Carnation nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 (7 oz. can) green chile salsa
1 c. (8 oz. can) Contadina tomato sauce
Preparation

Place diced chiles in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer 2 1/2 cups Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese on top of chiles.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Beat egg yolks, dry nonfat milk, water and flour together.
Fold in egg whites. Pour over chile-cheese layers.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
