Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and make a hole in center.
    Pour in rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Bake in 3 loaf pans (well-greased) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Chopped pecans may be added to batter.
