Holiday Potatoes For The Crowd - cooking recipe

4 lb. boiled, skinned potatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1 pt. sour cream
crushed cornflakes
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Prepare ahead 24 hours.
Cool and grate the skinned potatoes. Saute the onions in 1/3 cup butter.
Add celery soup, grated cheese and sour cream.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place in greased large casserole baking dish.
Top with sprinkled crushed cornflakes and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
