Vegetarian Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. vermicelli, broken up
    1 medium sweet red pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium sweet green pepper, cut in strips
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread with jalapeno peppers
    1 (16 oz.) can golden hominy, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Stir-fry red and green peppers until crisp-tender.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add hominy and beans.
    Cook until heated through.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    In large kettle, cook pasta 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
    Drain and transfer to a large platter.
    Top with cheese mixture.
    Toss and serve at once.
    Yields 4 main dish servings.
