Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine or butter
2 onions, sliced
1 bunch broccoli
3 cans chicken broth
2 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine or butter and add onions.
Saute until onions are transparent.
Chop broccoli and add along with chicken broth. Cook until the broccoli is tender, about 45 minutes.
Cook slowly. Then add milk and let heat, before adding approximately 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese.
Stir while the cheese melts.
It's done...but better if soup sits for awhile.
No salt.
