Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. milk
    2 ripe bananas (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture with milk just until blended, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in bananas and nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Makes 1 loaf.
