English Toffee Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 to 8 oz. Hershey chocolate bars (plain)
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except the chocolate and nuts). Spread onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. While still hot, place chocolate bars on top to melt.
    When melted, sprinkle nuts over.
    Let cool and slice into bars.
