Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening (I use Crisco)
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Blend shortening and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well. Add dry ingredients, nuts and pineapple.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 365\u00b0 for 15 minutes or when cookie springs back when pressed with fingers.
