Curried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 large chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground coriander seed
1/2 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation

Mix onion, garlic and spices in bowl. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons water to make a paste.
Heat oil in frying pan. Add paste and cook 15 seconds, then add chicken. Turn chicken to get it covered with paste and cook until chicken is cooked through. Add boiling water and tomato paste. Cook about 15 minutes until sauce thickens a little. Serve over cooked rice.
