Dutch Milk Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar (you can use either white or brown, but I prefer white)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar, adding milk slowly until well mixed. put into 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).
Dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 1 pie.
