Sausage Spaghetti Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 4-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is brown, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well.
    Return sausage mixture to skillet; add remaining ingredients.
    Cook and cover over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes or until spaghetti is done.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
