Tofu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Momen tofu
    1/2 c. carrot
    1/2 c. dried shiitake
    1/2 c. yam cake noodle
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/4 c. snow peas
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Mirin (rice wine)
    1 tsp. Japanese stock
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    sugar
    salt
    1 Tbsp. sesame chili oil
Preparation
    Break tofu into small pieces.
    Boil water in a big pan.
    Add tofu; bring to another boil and drain in a colander.
    This is an easy way to squeeze out any excess water.
