Veal Cutlets Fried(Cotoletta Fritto) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal cutlets
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    5 eggs *
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil for frying
Preparation
    This recipe for frying
    veal cutlets is used in most of my recipes.
    You
    can
    also
    use
    Boneless Chicken Breasts in place of
    veal.
    You
    will find veal or chicken cooked in this manner to be fluffy and very moist.
