Brisket Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bottle soy sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in oven roasting bag; soak 8 to 10 pound brisket 24 hours.
    Drain, reserving 1 cup to pour over meat for cooking.
    Bake 8 hours or larger brisket overnight at 250\u00b0.
