Blueberry-Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/4 c. lemon jello gelatin
4 c. sliced peaches
3/4 c. blueberries
2 prepared 9-inch butter flavored pie crusts
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add dry gelatin, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Cool.
Combine peaches and blueberries in a large bowl.
Add gelatin mixture; toss gently.
Spoon into prepared crust.
Cover and chill until set.
Top with Cool Whip.
Makes 2 pies.
