Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucini or spaghetti noodles
1 egg yolk
1 c. half and half or light cream
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, beat yolk lightly with fork and add to cream. Quickly heat crab meat in microwave.
Place drained hot noodles in warm serving bowl or platter.
Pour over the noodles the egg and cream mixture.
Add butter, garlic, parsley and half the cheese. Lightly toss.
Add crab meat and gently toss until well blended. Top with remaining cheese.
Garnish with parsley.
Serves 6.
