Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 cans pinto bean, drain and mash 2 cans
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    white rice
Preparation
    Saute onions, green pepper, celery and sausage with some margarine until vegetables are tender.
    Add rest of ingredients except rice and slow cook (either in crock-pot overnight or bring to boil and then simmer for
    1 to 1 1/2 hours).
    Serve over the rice.
