Mrs. Begbie'S Meat Loafhouston, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
    1/2 lb. ground pork or sausage
    barbeque sauce
Preparation
    Mix together breadcrumbs and milk.
    Add the salt and onion. Combine with the ground chuck and ground pork and blend well. Press into loaf pan (2-inch deep X 7 to 7 1/2-inch long).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After 1/2 hour, drain fat and top meat loaf with a layer of barbeque sauce.
    Drain fat again at the end of baking.
