Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can puree tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    lots of green onions
    parsley
    1 pod garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and red pepper
    fish
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of pan.
    Season fish with salt and pepper.
    Place a layer of fish in pan, then layer of onions, etc. Pour remaining ingredients on top of fish.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
