Sunday Morning Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    6 slices cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain.
    Break into pieces.
    You can use ham or sausage.
    Cut cheese into halves and arrange on slightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 4 to 6.
