Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. All-Bran
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. boiling water
2 beaten eggs
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
5 c. plain flour
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Pour boiling water over mixture, stir until shortening is dissolved.
Add eggs.
Mix warm water with yeast.
Mix flour, one cup at a time, and beat well.
Dough should be soft, not stiff.
Cover and put in warm place to rise.
Takes one hour or longer.
