Mexican Pecan Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, milk and soda and cook until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
    Add butter, vanilla and pecans.
    Beat until creamy.
    Drop by teaspoon on salted waxed paper.
    Cool.
