Mexicana Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix beans, cheese and 2 tablespoons of the onions and seasonings in saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour into 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated; top with teaspoonfuls of sour cream, tomatoes and remaining onion.
    Serve with green, red or yellow pepper wedges or chips of your choice.
    Makes 4 cups.
