Steak Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can mushrooms
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    1 c. ripe olives
    9 frozen beef tamales
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1-inch squares and brown in oil.
    Add liquor from mushrooms, bouillon cubes, tomato sauce and onion.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Remove cover and cook liquid down to 1/2 cup.
    Add corn, mushrooms, olives and tamales cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Mix very lightly.
    Turn into greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Serves 8.
