New Orleans Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
4 1/2 oz. can Del Monte Cajun style stewed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with thyme.
Add salt and pepper to taste. In large skillet, brown chicken in oil for 15 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Uncover and cook over medium-high heat until thickened and chicken is done.
