Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 qt. light bread, cubed
2 1/2 qt. cornbread, broken in pieces
1 2/3 c. chopped onions
1 3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples (with peel)
1/2 c. giblets (if desired)
4 1/2 tsp. ???
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 beaten eggs
Preparation

Add all ingredients in large pan and mix well.
Add 3 to 4 quarts of hot broth and mix well.
Do not make too thin.
Bake in well-greased roaster pan for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 20.
