Cheesy Corn Chowder For One - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
snipped parsley
Preparation

Fry bacon in 1 1/2-quart saucepan until crisp; remove and drain.
Remove all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat from saucepan.
Stir onion and celery into fat in saucepan.
Cook and stir until onion is tender.
Stir in corn, milk, seasoned salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
