Scalloped Rhubarb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 1/2 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
    1 1/2 c. stale bread cubes
    1 1/4 c. sugar or 3/4 c. honey
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Stir in bread cubes.
    Cut rhubarb into small pieces and add with sugar or honey. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
