Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking potatoes
    sour cream
    margarine
    salt
    pepper
    bacon bits
    shredded cheese
    milk
Preparation
    Bake large potatoes until done.
    While hot, slice potato in 1/2 longwise.
    With a spoon, scoop out the inside and put in a mixing bowl.
    Place potato shell on a baking dish.
    Add sour cream, margarine, salt, pepper and milk to taste.
    Whip until creamy with electric mixer.
    Put filling back into potato shells. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until hot throughout potato.
    These are great prepared in advance and heated at the last minute.
