Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    3 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. finely shredded raw carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Beat until thick.
    Add oil gradually and combine thoroughly.
    Stir in dry ingredients until mixture is smooth.
    Stir in carrots and blend well.
    Turn into 2 well-greased loaf pans or 3 (1-pound) coffee cans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
    Good hot, cold or toasted.
    Can be doubled or frozen.
