Butter Horn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package active dry yeast
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup milk scalded
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    3 beaten eggs
    4 1/2 cup sifted flour
Preparation
    Soften the dry yeast in warm water 110\u00b0.
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast mixture and mix well.
    Add eggs, then flour; mix to smooth dough.
